【Usage Guide】Brush and dry your teeth, apply Vitamin E swabs to your gums with a cotton swab, then cover the inner surface of the tray with whitening gel. Insert the tray into your mouth and turn on the LED light. After 20-30 minutes, rinse your mouth. After whitening, brush your teeth with the remineralizing gel and rinse after 5 to 30 minutes. With regular use, teeth may brighten by 4-8 shades.
